We listen, act, and transform
Feeling unseen, unheard, or invalidated? I see you! I am passionate about making space for those that are not the majority. Whether you’re advanced in years, Black & Indigenous People of Color or LGBTQ, I understand being underserved and lacking positive representation. I enjoy teaching realistic skills to reaching wellness, coping with grief, loving & protecting ourselves mentally and emotionally with boundaries. I think outside of the box and incorporate culture with use of creative alternatives like expressive arts therapy, movement therapy, music & scream therapy. Unapologetic authenticity is what we will aim for together. Since 2006 I have provided individual, group, couples, & family counseling. I now solely concentrate on making mental health services accessible to underserved individuals within the BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA communities. I also aim to assist those dealing with grief, death and dying in our retirement communities. I seek to motivate others toward emotional liberation and legitimate validation.
